THE CARAMEL CORNFLAKE CAKE RECIPE

Layers of caramel cornflakes and decadent chocolate cake sandwiched together with a silky milk chocolate ganache, this has to be my favourite and most popular cake recipe of all time!

I've made this for so many different occasions including my own birthday and in so many different sizes. This size is for a 20cm cake with fairly thin layers. You can double the recipe and use a the same size tin to make a mega CHUNKY version or reduce the recipe by a third and use a 15cm tin for a smaller one version.
